Vacancy: Room Boy / Housekeeping Attendant
Location: Sunsan Studio Ahangama, Nakanda
Job Type: 6 hours a day
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Room Boy to keep guest rooms and common areas clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is punctual, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent guest service.
Key Resposibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms and corridors to hotel/estate standards
- Make beds, replace linens, towels, and amenities
- Clean bathrooms, wipe surfaces, and replenish supplies
- Handle linen and laundry duties as assigned
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Assist guests and with courteous, professional service
- Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Basic Garden maintenance
- Pool Cleaning and Small Maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks (standing, lifting, bending, and occasional heavy lifting)
- Reliable and honest with a positive attitude
- Basic literacy for record-keeping and communication
- Good in English language
- Nice-to-Have:
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Familiarity with housekeeping equipment
