Sunsan Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
A. To avoid costs caused by unforeseen cancellations, Sunsan Studio recommend that our guests invest in travel insurance.
B. Reservations that have this cancellation policy must be cancelled through out Sunsan reservation department e-mail: re*********@**********io.com
Payment
In order to confirm and guaranty your reservation, it is necessary to make an online or fund transfer payment to our Bank Account. Complete refund if the cancellation is made up to 30 days before arrival. After this time, the payment will NOT be refunded
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
Peak Period Cancellation Policy (20th December – 15th January)
No Amendments or cancellations can be made during this period of time at Sunsan Studio Pvt. Ltd.. The reservations made are non-transferable. If cancelled or amended, 100% of the total stay will be charged. However, please note that the transaction fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Check-In time is after 2 p.m (noon) and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
